Article 1 - Minimum rental period
The rental period varies according to the season. In low, medium and high season, the minimum rental period is two nights for the JADE, AGATE and CRISTAL gîtes. In very high season, the rental period is a full week, with departure and arrival on Saturday for AGATE and CRISTAL or Sunday for the JADE gîte. In certain situations, depending on last-minute availability, these durations may be adjusted. Please contact us for more information.

Article 2 - Arrival and departure times
Check-in is between 5pm and 8pm. For arrivals after 9 p.m., a special request must be made. In the event of late arrival that is not notified and accepted, the owner will dispose of the room or gîte.
A deposit of €300 will be required on the day of arrival and will be returned no later than 7 days after the tenant's departure.
Check-out: the property must be vacated by :
- 11 a.m. on the day of departure for bed and breakfast accommodation
- 10 a.m. on the day of departure for gîtes.

Article 3 - Internet
The Domaine du Cardou provides its guests with free access to the Internet, although we are not yet connected to the fibre optic network.

Article 4 - Eco-responsible practices
We endeavour to respect eco-responsible gestures and practices. We rely on the cooperation of our guests to :
- avoid leaving lights on unnecessarily ;
- Do not leave the water running unnecessarily;
- Turn off the heating if windows are open for long periods;
- turn off the fan when leaving the rooms and gîtes.

Article 5 - Terms of payment
For bookings made more than 30 days before the start of the holiday, a deposit of 30% of the amount of the services booked must be paid at the time of booking. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday.
- For bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the holiday, full payment must be made at the time of booking. (30% deposit + balance of stay).
- In the event of non-payment of the balance by the customer no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday, the Domaine reserves the right to cancel the booking and offer the accommodation for rent again, with the deposit remaining the property of the Domaine.

Article 6 - Housekeeping package
To ensure your comfort during your stay, we automatically include a cleaning package for each accommodation, relieving you of any cleaning duties before your departure. Our cleaning team will take care of this task. However, even if cleaning is included, this does not prevent you from keeping your accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness.

Article 7 - Bed linen and baby kit
The baby kit (bed + bath + chair) is free. Optional baby bed linen 8€.

Article 8 - Pets
Pets are authorised under certain conditions and with the agreement of the Domaine. A supplement of €13 per dog per night will be charged.
They will not be left alone in the gîtes. Sofas, armchairs and beds must be protected by suitable blankets (not supplied). Cats are also accepted under the same conditions.
Pets are not allowed near the swimming pool or in the games room/reception area. They may be kept on a lead in the park. They must be kept on a lead at all times (a "Récréachiens" area has been set aside for them). 1st and 2nd category dogs are not allowed. Vaccination certificates must be up to date.

Article 9 - Prices and tourist taxes
The prices shown are valid for the 2024 season. They correspond to one night's stay and are expressed in euros, all taxes included, excluding tourist tax, which is €1.95/person/day for those aged 18 and over.

Article 10 - The swimming pool
The outdoor swimming pool, which is heated and open every day (except in bad weather), is generally accessible from the end of April to the end of September. Please note that these dates may vary slightly depending on weather conditions, with a margin of plus or minus 1 or 2 weeks. At Domaine du Cardou, all our guests have free access to the swimming pool during opening hours, with sun loungers, parasols and games. Please note that access to the swimming pool is reserved exclusively for guests staying in the Domaine du Cardou gîtes. For safety reasons, children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult to use the pool. Opening hours are from 10am to 9pm.
